A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-4 TO THE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted and approved agreements between
the City and Athens Benefits Insurance Services, Inc. and C.E. Nelson
Administrators for the provision of a Dependent Care Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the transfer of $6,000 from the
undesignated fund balance to the Personnel Division budget and $1,000 from
the Health and Retirement Reserve to the Accrued Benefits Division.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of October , 1990
