CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids were
publicly opened, examined and declared on September 27, 1990, for Custodial Paper
Supplies, Bid No. 1818.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Zellerbach Paper Company for the Bid Price of Twenty Six Thousand, One Hundred
Fifty Four Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($26,154.15).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract
with the successful bidder.
3. Th) Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I here)y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOth day of October

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
