CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (WINSTON
MANOR PARK III AND V PARK REHABILITATION)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on September 11, 1990, for
Winston Maror Park III and V Park Rehabilitation, Project No. PB-90-2B.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. TYe Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc. for the bid price of Fifty-Seven
Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and Thirty Cents ($57,950.30).
2. Tke City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w~th the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the the City Council also appropriates Four Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($4,800.00) from the Contingency Reserves of
the Capita' Improvement Fund to the Winston Manor Parks Rehabilitation Projects.
(CIP Budget Amendment #90-4).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a ~egular
meeting he'd on the lOth day of
October 1990 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Sack Drano, Gus Nicolopulos, John_~. Penna,
