CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INTERJURISDICTIONAL PRETREATMENT AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF SAN BRUNO
WHEREAS, the City of San Bruno co-owns a wastewater treatment plant with
the City of South San Francisco, which system is operated and administered by
South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, South San Francisco must develop and implement an industrial
pretreatmert program pursuant to conditions contained in its discharge permit
from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board;
NOW, TkEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute on behalf
of the City the Interjurisdictional Pretreatment Agreement Between the City of
South San Francisco and the City of San Bruno. A copy of the Agreement is on
file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
