CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-5 TO THE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Police Department's IBM Series/1 computer name file is
almost full and a new computer disk drive, available from a sole source,
is needed to enter information in the name file after January 1, 1991;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that $12,500 is transferred from the undesignated fund balance
of the General Fund to the Police Department Communication Division budget
for the purchase of a computer disk drive.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of October , 1990 by the
following vote:
