CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(BRENTWOOD STREET LIGHT IMPROVEMENTS)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids were
publicly opened, examined and declared on October 23, 1990 for Brentwood Street
Light Improvements, Bid No. 1817.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Barri Electric Company for the Bid Price of Forty Eight Thousand, Two Hundred
Fifty Fou~ Dollars ($48,254).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract
with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I here)y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 14th day of November , 1990 by the following vote:
