CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA
CLARA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AGENCY
FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY SERVICES FOR THE
OYSTER POINT INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, as part of the Oyster Point Interchange project the City will need
to acquire certain rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, under CalTrans regulations only CalTrans approved transportation
agencies mzy perform right-of-way services; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Transportation Agency is such an approved
agency and is experienced in all CalTrans procedures.
NOW, TFEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco an Agreement for right-of-way services between the City
of South San Francisco and the Santa Clara County Transportation Agency for
the Oyster Point Interchange project. A copy of the Agreement is on file in
the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adoptec by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
