CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF
GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this City Council for its consideration
and acceptance an agreement entitled "Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the
City/County Association of Governments", whereby a joint powers entity is
established for preparation and adoption of countywide state mandated plans;
and
WHEREAS, this City Council has been presented with a form of such agreement
and has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to
enter into same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco t~at the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf
of the City and the City Manager is authorized to take all steps necessary
related to implementation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 14th day of November , 1990, by
