CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco an Agreement for the Preparation of a Solid Waste Management
Plan between the City of South San Francisco and EBA Wastechnologies. A copy
of the A{reement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of December , 1990, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, John R. Penna, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
