CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-10 TO THE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the second floor of the Municipal Services Building directly
above the Police Department wing requires replacement of four heating,
ventilation and air-conditioning units in order to provide reasonably
comfortable working conditions for City personnel; and
WHEREAS, due to inclement weather and the inefficiency of the present
units it is deemed necessary to replace such units immediately; and
WHEREAS· it is necessary to amend the budget as hereafter provided to
fund such replacement of heating, ventilation and air conditioning units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby appropriates the sum of $26,900.00 from the
General Fund undesignated balance account to the Building Maintenance budget
in order to fund the installation of such units in the Municipal Services
Building.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 9th day of January
