HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5-1991 RESOLUTION NO. 5-91 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TAXICAB STANDS ON CYPRESS AVENUE & GRAND AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that, pursuant to South San Francisco Municipal Code Chapter 6.72, it hereby designates two (2) taxicab stands for Yellow Cab, one on the northeast side of Cypress Avenue at Grand Avenue and one on Grand Avenue in front of 110 Grand Avenue, each consisting of one parking space. To compensate for the loss of parking space in the downtown area, users of taxicab stands shall pay the monthly parking permit fee established by the South San francisco Parking Place Commission for each space included in the taxicab stands. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of January , 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, John R. Penna, Gus Nicolopulos, NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Draqo None None None
