A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A TRAFFIC STUDY CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT (WESTBOROUGH/GELLERT URBAN
DESIGN PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South
San Francisco a Study Consultant Services Agreement for a limited traffic
study for the Westborough/Gellert Urban Design Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 23rd day of January , 1991 by the following
vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
