CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WILSEY & HAM FOR THE
HICKEY BOULEVARD EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
1. Approval of Agreement
The Agreement entitled "Civil Engineering Consultant Services
Agreement (Hickey Boulevard Extension) between the City of South San Francisco
and Wilsey & Ham is hereby approved. A copy of the Agreement is on file in
the City Clerk's Office.
2. Execution of Agreement
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
requla~ meeting held on the 23rd day of JanuaKv , 1991 by the
following vote.

Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
