CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUITON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE
CONFERENCE CENTER PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City an
Agreement entitled "Construction Management Services for the Conference Center Pre-
Constuction Phase", between the City of South San Francisco and O'Brien-Kreitzberg
& Associates, Inc. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held oF the 27th day of FebruaKv , 1991 by the following vote.
