ITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-12 TO THE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon a report of the Director of Finance, finds
that a budget amendment covering miscellaneous mid-year supplemental
appropriaitions to the operating budgets as herein provided is necessary and
desirablE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco as follows:
1. That the transfer of $245,400 from the undesignated general fund
balance to the General Fund is approved, and such sum shall be allocated to
the operating budgets of departments and divisions as follows:
City Council
City Clerk
City Treasurer
Personnel
Building Inspection Division
Patrol Division
Accounting Division

2. That $120,000 be appropriated from the health and retirement reserve
account to fund excess costs of payment for accrued vacation leave; and
3. That $10,000 be appropriated from the undesignated balance of the
parking district fund to pay for landscape maintenance by city crews on
district lots.

adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting h~ld on the 27th day of February , 1991 by the following
vote:
