CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-4 TO THE 1990-1991
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council having previously adopted the 1990-1991 Capital
Improvement Budget, now finds upon a report of the Director of Finance that
additional funding is necessary and desirable to continue with the Haskins Way
Public Ac:ess Trail Project;
WHEREA~, a donation has allowed expansion of project scope;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco
to:
1)

donation
that it hereby approves amendment of the Capital Improvement Budget
lclude the sum of $10,000 to further construction of the Haskins Way
:ess Trial Project; such additional cost to be transferred to the
Crust account;
2) T~at $80,000 be transferred from the general fund to provide for debt
service for street light acquisition.
