' A R~OLUTION ~ING A SAI.~RY FOR TI~ CI2'~ CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Effective July 1, 1990 the City Clerk's n~)nthly salary shall be
$4,239.00. Effective July 1, 1991 and July 1, 1992, the City
Clerk's monthly salary shall be increased by 4% to 6%, based
upon the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose CPI. The City Clerk
shall be entitled to receive those benefits (excluding salary,
retirement, and car allowance) as set forth in the Executive
Management Compensation Program adopted by the City Council
by Resolution No. 14-89. Additionally, once annually, the
Clerk may convert up to eighty (80) vacation hours to cash at
the hourly rate then in effect.
2. This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 169-90 as it pertains
to the City Clerk.
