A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET
AMENDMENT 90-14 TO ~HE 1990-1991
OPERATING BUDGET
WHERE,, the City Council has accepted and approved an amendment to the
Compensation Program for Executive Management Personnel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisc~ that it hereby approves transfer of the appropriation of the sum of
$19,200 from the nondepartmental salary reserve budget to the operating budget
in order Ito fund the lump sum payment for certain Executive Manag~ent
positions! associated with the amended compensation program.

mooting held on the 13th day of March , 1991 by the following
