BE IT ~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
The C~ty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of SOuth San Francisco a Consent to Assignment of a Contract dated
January 2!2, 1991 between Stanford Mid-Peninsula Urban Coalition and Project
Sentinel,! Inc.
