A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AMENDMENT TO PG&E T.FASE AG~F.W~ENT
OF PROPERTY AT 255 SOUTH AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of SDuth san Francisco an amendment to Lease Agreement dated July 6,
1989, between the City and Pacific Gas & Electri Company to property at 255
South Airoort Boulevard.
I here~ certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
mooting h~ld on the 13th day of March , 1991 by the following
vote:
