CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
MAYOR TO EXECUTE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITIES WHO BECOME SIGNATORIES
TO THE AGREEMENT AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
SAN FRANCISCO ESTABLISHING THE MULTICITY
TSM AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
South San Francisco a Joint Powers Agreement between the cities who
become signatories to the agreement and the City of South San Francisco,
establishing the Multicity TSM Agency, upon terms and conditions as set forth
in the Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 27th day of March , 1991 by the
following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R.
I Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
