C~ITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF THE
CITIZENS REVIEW COMMITTEE FOR THE DOWNTOWN
COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a Downtown Commercial Rehabilitation Program was approved by the
City Council as part of the federal Community Redevelopment Block Grant
Program (~DBG) and a Citizens Review Committee has been appointed to make
recommendation on the proposed projects; and
WHEREA~, the Committee has made recommendations for future expenditures;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Franciscolthat the "Citizens Review Committee Recommendations for the CDBG
Downtown ~ommercial Rehabilitation Program", (attached as Appendix 1) are
hereby approved, and that the staff is authorized to work with each applicant
to implement the projects in accordance with the approved appropriations.
I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOthday of April , 1991 by the following
