QITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL AND EXECUTION
OF A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE
PROVISION OF HOUSING VOUCHERS UNDER THE STATE
RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has been advised by the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban DeVelopment that its application for State Rental Rehabilitation Program
funds hasi been approved in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand
dollars (i$150,000), and;
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an Agreement with the San Mateo
County Housing Authority for the provision of housing vouchers to be used in
connection with this program;
NOW,i THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franclisco that:
1. ~he Agreement entitled "Memorandum of Understanding Between the City
of South San Francisco and the San Mateo County Nousing Authority for the
Provisionl of Housing Vouchers Under the State Rental Rehabilitation Program"
is herebyi approved. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the City Clerk's
Office. :
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement on
behalf ofithe City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of April , 1991 by the
following vote:
