CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FRANCHISE FEE
UPON SEWER FUND REVENUES GENERATED FROM
WITHIN THE CITY, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1992
BE IT iRESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. ~here is hereby established a franchise fee upon all sewer fund
revenues Igenerated from within the city at a rate of 7% per annum to be
imposed and collected effective July 1, 1992, and upon each annual anniversary
date theneafter.
2. ~he franchise fee collected shall be transferred to the city General
Fund to bie used for purposes as budgeted by the City Council.
3. The basis for the sewer fund revenues upon which the franchise fee
shall be based shall be the amount of those sewer fund revenues generated from
within the city during the twelve months prior to July 1, 1992, and each
fiscal year thereafter for the imposition of subsequent annual fee
impositions.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted bY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the lOth day of April , 1991 by the following
