CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO
VACATE AND ABANDON A PUBLIC UTILITY
ANCHOR EASEMENT LOCATED AT 400 FORBES
BLVD., SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco as!follows:
1. Thils City Council, pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of the
Streets and Hqghways Code (Section 8300 et seq.), does hereby declare its
intention to ivacate and abandon a public utility anchor easement located
at or near 400 Forbes Blvd., South San Francisco.
2. No~ice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 22nd day of May,
1991, at 7:30 p.m., which time is not less than fifteen days from the
date of passage of this Resolution, in the Community Room of the
Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco,
California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all
persons interested in, or having objections to, the declared vacation
may appear beifore the City Council and be heard.
3. A clopy of this Resolution shall be published for a least two
successive we!eks prior to the hearing date in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of!general circulation printed and published in the City, in
the manner pr:escribed by law for publishing ordinances.
4. Notlices of the vacation, stating the passage of the Resolution
Declaring Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be posted
conspicuously! at or about the subject public utility anchor easement
proposed to De vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for
the hearing, not more than 300 feet apart, and not less than three
notices shall be posted.
5. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the
intention of !this City Council to vacate the public easement located at
or near 4001 Forbes Blvd., South San Francisco, California more
particularly described in attached Exhibit "A".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced amd adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th Oay of

of Anchor Easement to be Vacated
BEIN( all of that certain Anchor Easement created by that certain map
entitled "CABOT CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 1" filed
FebrUary 26, 1965 in Volume 61 of Maps at Pages 45-49 in the office
of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, as
said easement lies entirely with Parcel 11, Block 2 as shown on that
Parcel Map filed February 25, 1966 in Vol I of Parcel Maps at Page 11
in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California.
