C~TY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES SUBJECT TO FILING OFFICIAL
BONDS AND FIXING THE PENAL SUM THEREFOR
AND DIRECTING THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICIAL
BOND COVERAGE
WHEREAS, Section 36518 of the Government Code and Section 2.20.010 of
the SouthiSan Francisco Municipal Code requires the city clerk and city
treasurer!to file official bonds in the sum fixed by resolution of the city
council; and
WHEREAS, Section 36519 of the Government Code and Section 2.20.020 of
the South San Francisco Municipal Code authorizes the city council to require
bonds of any other officer or employee of the city; and
WHEREAS, as provided in Section 36518 of the Government Code, and
Section 2i20.010 and 2.20.020 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code the
city attorney has recommended to the city council the reasonable amount for
the penal sums of such bonds,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
Franciscolas follows:
1. That the penal sums of official bonds for the city clerk and city
treasurerlare fixed as follows:
City Clerk $500,000
City Treasurer $500,000
2. ! That the hereafter titled officers and employees are designated to
file official bonds for the penal sums fixed as follows:

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regulan meeting held on the 24th day of April , 1991 by
the foll6wing vote:
