CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE GRAND AVENUE POLE PAINTING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on April
24, 199~, for the Grand Avenue Pole Painting Project.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Gavin Brothers Painting, South San Francisco
in the ,amount of Eight Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two Dollars
($8,182).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a written contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I h~ereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day
of M~y , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Drago
