CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
SUBMITTAL OF THE STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES
AND PROJECTED USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-92
WHERE~S, in order to secure Community Development Block Grant Funds from
the Department of Housing and Urban Development it is necessary to submit a
Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Community Development Block Grant
Funds for Fiscal Year 1991-92, attached as Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisca that it hereby approves the Statement of Objectives and Projected
Use of Community Development Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 1991-92 and
that the iCity Manager is authorized and directed to submit the Statement of
Objectives and Projected Use of Funds to the Department of Housing and Urban
Developmeint, along with any additional information required and to execute all
documents necessary to secure Community Development Grant Funds for the City
of South iSan Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funding levels for the programs
specificailly identified in the Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of
Community Development Block Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 1991-92 are hereby
approved.i
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of May , 1991 by the following
vote:
