CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY FOR
FINANCIAL CONSULTANT SERVICES
BE IT!RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco a Financial Consultant Services Agreement between
Bartle W~lls Associates and the City for preparation of a financing plan and
marketing of bonds for sewage treatment as set forth in the Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
requl~r meeting held on the 22nd day of May , 1991 by the
following vote.
