CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL J. O'TOOLE
TO THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, Sections 36505 and 36507 of the Government Code provide that the
City Counicil may appoint a City Attorney and fix compensation therefor; and
WHEREA~, after conducting a recruitment program and after due consideration
it is deemed fit and proper to make the following appointment.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that
Michael Ji. O'Toole is hereby appointed to the position of City Attorney
effectiveijune 17, 1991; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Michael J. O'Toole shall be appointed at
salary Step B for such position.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regularI meeting held on the 22nd day of May , 1991 by the
followinglvote.
