CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION
AND ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC UTILITY
ANCHOR EASEMENT LOCATED AT 400 FORBES
BLVD., SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS,i this City Council having declared its intention to abandon
and vacate a public utility anchor easement located at or near 400 Forbes
Blvd., being~ within the City of South San Francisco, California,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference made a part
thereof, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9, (Section
8300 et seq ) of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, and the City Council having herefore adopted Resolution No.
37-91 declaring its intention to abandon and vacate the subject easement,
and notice thereof having been given in all respects for the period of
time and in the manner required by law, and the matter of abandonment and
vacation having been heard before the City Council at its regular meeting
at the time and place fixed therefor in the Resolution of Intention, and
the City Council having heard the protests and objections of all persons
so protesting or objecting, and having found that the herein described
easement withiout reservation is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use.
NOW, THE!REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Fraincisco, California as follows:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the public utility anchor easement located
at 400 Forbes Blvd., described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein, be, and the same is hereby abandoned and
vacated, without reservation.
A map of the public utility anchor easement subject to vacation and
abandonment by this Order is on file in the Office of the City Clerk of
South San Fra:ncisco, California, and the map is hereby referred to for
more particulars.
The Cityi Clerk is hereby instructed to record this Resolution of
Vacation withlthe County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of

Legal Description
of Anchor Easement to be Vacated
BEING all of that certain Anchor Easement created by that certain map
entitled "CABOT CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 1" filed
FeBruary 26, 1965 in Volume 61 of Maps at Pages 45-49 in the office
oflthe Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, as
said easement lies entirely with Parcel 11, Block 2 as shown on that
Parcel Map filed February 25, 1966 in Vol 1 of Parcel Maps at Page 11
in!the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California.
