that:
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN REIMER
ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN
SERVICES {STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT)
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of SDuth San Francisco an Engineering Design Services Agreement between
Reimer AsSociates and the City for the Storm Drain Improvements Project, for a
fee not in excess of $77,100.00 upon terms and conditions as set forth in the
Agreemention file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted bY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of June , 1991 by the
following vote.

City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffev, Gus Nicolopulos, John R.
Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mayor Jack Draqo
