CITY CiOUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE PUBLIC FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, FIRE
STATIONS AND RECREATION CENTERS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
ResolUtion No. 10-91 adopted january 23, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
12th day of March 1991, for the Public Facilities Maintenance,
Fire Stations and Recreation Centers Project #PB 83-10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Cornelius Construction, 1000 Continental
Way, #311, Belmont, CA. 94002, in the amount of One Hundred
Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($117,450).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
written contract with the successful bidder.
3. ~ The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I h!ereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introd!uced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Friancisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th
day of June , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopuios, John R.
Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES:
None

ABSENT: None
