iITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED CARTER PARK I CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION AND AUTHORIZING RELATED
ACTS
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Carter Park I Condominium Subdivision", is
hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of Carter Park I
Condominium Subdivision for street purposes and easement for public utilities
are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Carter Park
I Condominium Subdivision", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby
authorized.
4. Recordation
' The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record of cause
recordation of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. COpies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision
Improvemerts Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk, (1)
Planning ~irector and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall
withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting ~eld on the 12th day of June , 1991, by the following vote:

City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R.
Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Ma.¥or Jack Drago
