A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY MANAGER
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE iIT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as
follows:i
That the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco be, and he is hereDy,
authorized and directed to execute a Second Amendment to the City Manager
Employmen~ Agreement between Jesus Armas, City Manager, and the City of South
San Francisco, on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
