A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
WILSEY & HAM AND THE CITY FOR THE EL
CAMINO CORRIDOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that: ~
The Cilty Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of S~uth San Francisco an E1 Camino Corridor Consultant Services
Agreementi between Wilsey & Ham and the City for traffic studies for the E1
Camino Corridor Alternative BART Site/Area Plan Studies, for a fee not in
excess of $33,014.00, upon terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement,
on file i~ the Office of the City Clerk.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of June , 1991 by the
