RESOLUTION NO. 62-91
TY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
· CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
ANGUS McDONALD & ASSOCIATES IN ASSOCIATION
WITH KOMAR & ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY FOR
THE EL CAMINO CORRIDOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The Cit'y Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco an E1Camino Corridor Consultant Services
Agreement between Angus McDonald & Associates in association with KOMAR &
Associates and the City for urban economic studies for the E1Camino Corridor
Alternative BART Site/Area Plan Studies, for a fee not in excess of
$35,400.0C, upon terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
