CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
i A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
i SPECIFICATIONS,.AND CALLING FOR
BIDS
WHEREAs, Iplans and specifications providing for certain work of improvement
have been prepared and submitted, which plans and specifications, on file in the
Office of the qity Clerk, are entitled:
EMERGENCY GENERATOR PUMP STATION NO. 5 - PROJECT NO. WTP-90-1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that!:
1. Thei plans and specifications identified above are ratified and approved
for the projecti.
2. The!Chief Accountant is hereby authorized and directed to call for public
competitive seailed bids for the above project, with notice and proceedings conducted
in accordance w~th Article 4, Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 2 of the Public Contracts
Code (Sec. 2016D et seq.).
3. Bid~ will be received by the City of South San Francisco, California, at
the Purchasing Office, City Hall Annex, 315 Maple Avenue, South San Francisco,
California 94080, at or before the hour of 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, the 23rd day of
July, 1991.
4. Bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared at that time in the
Conference Room~ City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, and award will
thereafter be made by the City CoUncil to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders,
subject to the ~ight of the City Council to reject any and all bids.
I hereby Certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held onlthe 26th day of June , 199.7 , by the following vote:
