CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE FORBES BOULEVARD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
ResolJtion No. 49-91 adopted May 22, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
11th day of June 1991, for the Forbes Boulevard Drainage
ImproYements, Project #SD-90-1.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City Of South Francisco, that:
1.1 The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Betchart & Norwood of Pleasanton in the
amoun~ of Thirty Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Dollars
($35,460.00).

The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
~e the written contract between the City and the
sful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 26th
