RESOLUTION NO. 69-91
OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE 1990-91 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 45-91 adopted May 8, 1991, and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 11th
day of June 1991, for the 1990-91 Street Resurfacing Program,
ProjeCt #ST-91-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City Of South Francisco, that:
1.1 The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, G. Bortolotto & Company of Foster City in
the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Six Hundred
Ninet~ Two Dollars and Fifty Nine Cents ($284,692.59).
2. ! The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
written contract with the successful bidder.
The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
