CIITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT 'TO THE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT FOR THE CONFERENCE CENTER WITH
GROUP 4/ARCHITECTURE, RESEARCH AND PLANNING,
INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as
follows:
That the City Manager of the City of South San Francisco be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to execute that certain amendment to an
agreement between Group 4/Architecture, Research, and Planning, Inc., and this
city for the Architectural Services for the Conference Center in the City of
South San Francisco upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the
agreementl, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I h)reby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 26th day of June , 1991 by the
following vote:
AYES: City Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES; City Councilmembers Gus Nicolopulos, and John R. Penna
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:~ None
