A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING SKYLIGHT
Project No. PB-90-3
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 48-91 adopted May 22, 1991, and published
notice, bids were publicly opene~, examined and declared on the
1th day of June 1991, for th~ Municipal Services Building
Skylight.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
resporsible bidder, O'Keefe's, Inc., 75 Williams Avenue, San
Francisco, CA. 94124, in the amount of Sixty Six Thousand Eight
Hundred Five Dollars ($66,805.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a written contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Was regularly
introcuced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the lOth
