CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING-
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CALLANDER & ASSOCIATES AND THE CITY FOR
THE ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco an Agreement for consulting services for the
design of the renovation of Orange Memorial Park between Callander &
Associates and the City for a fee not in excess of $495,000.00, upon terms and
conditions as set forth in the Agreement, on file in the Office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting 'held on the lOth day of July , 1991 by the
followin~ vote.
