CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AMENDMENT NO. i TO AGREEMENT
PROVIDING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE DIGESTER GAS UTILIZATION
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of
the City an Amendment to Agreement entitled, "Amendment No. i to
Agreement providing engineering services for the Digester Gas
Utilization Improvement Project", between the City of South San
Francisco and CH2M Hill. A copy of Amendment No. i to Agreement is
on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I ~ereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Frarcisco at a reqular meeting held on the 9th day of
Auqust , 1989, by the following vote:
