CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(AIRPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPING)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 22nd day of August, 1989,
for Airport Boulevard Landscaping.
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. T~e Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Mo~kdale Brothers of Burlingame, California, for the bid price of
One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Four Dollars and No Cents
($122,534.90).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. Tie Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting he'd on the 13th day of September
, 1989 by the following vote:
