CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP ENTITLED
ROTARY PLAZA TOWNHOUSE SUBDIVISION AND AUTHORIZING
RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Yap Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Rotary Plaza Townhouse Subdivision", is hereby
approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
-he dedications of public use as shown on the map of Rotary Plaza
Townhouse Subdivision for street purposes and easements for public utilities
are here~ accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Rotary Plaza
Townhouse Subdivision", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby
authorized.
4. Recordati on
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordation of the Final Map and Agreement in the official records of the
County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible n!~lar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision
Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk,
(2) Planning Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall
withhold bjilding permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of September , 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Dra§o, Richard A. Haffey,

ABSTAIN:

Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
