CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(LIQUID CHLORINE FOR WATER QUALITY
CONTROL PLANT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 22nd day of August, 1989,
for LIQUIE CHLORINE FOR WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT, BID NO. 1788.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Jones Chemicals, Inc. of Milpitas, California, for the bid price of
Three Huncred Forty One Dollars and No Cents Per Ton 15341.00/Ton).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 13th day of September
