CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco submitted an application for
funding to the State of California State Rental Rehabilitation Program and
was awarde~ a contract on May 17, 1989 by the Department of Housing and
Community )evelopment in the amount of $150,000, and authorized access to
the federal Cash and Management Information System in the amount of $150,000;
and
WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Housing and Community
Developmenc is responsible for the administration of the Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. T~e City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement including
Amendments, and other documents necessary to implement the program, provided
they are consistent with the submitted application.
2. T~e City of South San Francisco agrees to comply with all terms and
conditions of the Agreement and the requirements of the program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte¢ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of September , 1989, by the
following vote:
