CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
89-2 TO THE 1989-1990 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Option to Lease property located at
255 South Airport Boulevard for $62,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby appropriates $62,500.00 from the General Fund
balance t~ the nondepartmental budget in order to pay for the option.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of September , 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, Jack Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
