CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AT THE OYSTER POINT MARINA FOR
OYSTER POINT INN
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a precise plan for a bed
and breakfast hotel at the Oyster Point Marina;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves a 50-year lease for the Oyster Point
Inn and authorizes the City Manager to execute it on behalf of the City.
A copy of ~he lease is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte( by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of September
